Intern - Advanced Manufacturing Engineering

Position Summary:

This role will work with the AME team to develop improved solutions for our manufacturing environment. These projects are often focus but transformative that will involve some sort of automation or process control improvement

Primary/Essential Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the concepts of Design for Manufacturability are incorporated in engineered to order product design.

• Manage the development of manufacturing and testing processes, equipment, handling, packaging, etc. for new product launches with Development Engineering and Production Engineering.

• Develop storage, inventory, and handling requirements for incoming and in-process materials

Required Qualifications:

• Industrial or Mechanical Engineering Major

Compensation and Benefits

Interns are well compensated with a competitive salary. Compensation is based on the number of years that you have completed toward your undergraduate/graduate degree or Ph.D. Housing is also available if needed.
