Position Summary:
Reporting to the Account Manager, he/she will be responsible for commercial back office activities and customer service.

Primary/Essential Responsibilities:

• Creation of offers and sending to customers;
• Post-sales assistance related to order management and deliveries;
• Complaint management;
• Order entry in company ERP system;
• Interface with purchasing, production, and shipping departments for delivery progress;

Required Qualifications

Basic:

• High School Diploma;
• Proficiency in using PC and MS Office package;
• Good English;
• Good communication skills;
• Initiative;
• Team working;

Preferred:

• Degree in Economics;
• Background in the mechanical engineering field and/or in international companies;
