Intern - Advanced Manufacturing Engineering

Position Summary:

This position will assist the team by advancing on projects which will improve the efficiency of current production on a number of G&W products.

Primary/Essential Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the concepts of Design for Manufacturability are incorporated in engineered to order product design.

• Manage the development of manufacturing and testing processes, equipment, handling, packaging, etc. for new product launches with Development Engineering and Production Engineering.

• Develop storage, inventory, and handling requirements for incoming and in-process materials

Required Qualifications:

• Engineering Major (Industrial preferred)
