Sr FP&A Analyst

The Senior FP&A Analyst serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to translate strategy into financial plans and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. As the company continues to scale, this role is designed to evolve into an FP&A Manager position, with responsibility for building and leading a small team to support an expanding operational footprint.

As an FP&A Analyst you will:

  • Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes
  • Own consolidated P&L forecasting, including revenue, operating expenses, and headcount
  • Build and maintain complex financial models (scenario, sensitivity, ROI, pricing, capacity)
  • Partner with functional leaders (Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing) as a trusted finance advisor
  • Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, planning processes, and reporting automation
  • Review and challenge business assumptions; ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Support ad hoc strategic initiatives (M&A analysis, investment cases, cost optimization)

Leadership:

  • Not applicable to this position currently
  • (Future) Manager: Responsible for hire/fire decisions; performance appraisals; employee training and development; handles disciplinary problems. This job will be evaluated on these decisions.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Has 6–10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
  • Possesses strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Has advanced Excel and financial systems expertise (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion)
  • Has the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
  • Possesses proven experience influencing decisions without direct authority

It is preferred if you also have:

  • Experience working with JD Edwards (JDE) ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or leading finance team members with demonstrated leadership capabilities

What we offer you:

Typical pay is $96,555 –128,577 annually.

This position is eligible for participation in our Quarterly Incentive Pay Program
