Sumary

Reporting to the Quality supervisor this position develops, maintains, and improves all aspects of G&W’s quality program as it relates to production operations. This includes but not limited to shop floor problem solving, root cause analysis, FMEA, NCR’s, Control Plans, and Supplier issue management. Additionally, this position will develop ISO auditing and supplier quality along with APQP process skills for career growth.

• Implementation and monitoring of quality tools established in the IMS.
• Documentation, analysis, and follow on problem solving.
• Monitoring and support of department indicators and other processes.
• Establishing, documenting, and improving documented information from the IMS (manuals, procedures, instructions, forms, etc.).
• Establishing inspection criteria applicable to products, processes, or services.
• Monitoring and following up on the results of internal, external, or product audits.
• Quality control measures for processes, products, and materials within the plant.

Issuing and managing quality alerts and process deviations.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
